When to train...

The arms are best trained AFTER other bodyparts. The triceps, for example, are best trained after the chest, since you use your triceps to do chest movements such as the bench press. The biceps are best trained after pulldown exercises, since they assist in those movements.

It is a bad idea to train arms by themselves. Although it may be tempting, understand that if you train your triceps by themselves you cannot then go and train your chest since you will not be able to use your triceps to assist in chest movements.

The best way to train is to do compound movements that involve the arms first, then do a few isolation movements to give them a solid pump afterwards. For the full MogulNet training plan visit www.naturalstrengthandsize.com.
