Muscles to train
There are three major muscles in the arm that must be
trained in order to get large arms.
Biceps:
Ah bicpes, the
ultimate ego muscle. Really, the biceps are a fairly simple
muscle The function of the biceps are to curl the arm and twist the
wrist. They also stabilze the arms during motions where you pull something
towards your body, such as Lat Pulldowns. There are 2 heads on the bicep
muscle, hence the name.
Triceps:
The triceps are the muscle that
works opposite the biceps. Their function is to extend the arms from being
curled to being fully extended. In addition, they twist the wrist in the
opposite direction of the biceps. They have three
heads.
Forearm:
The major muscle between the elbow and wrist. Their purpose is to curl the wrist forward and back.
